This is an exquisite 1990's black silk Alberta Ferretti vintage evening dress with pretty fine cutwork details along the bodice, and a sheer layer over the neckline that drapes down the back like butterfly wings. The bustline angles down at the size, and the silk satin fabric is like a vintage nightgown or slip dress. The sleeves end in a circular flounce that is alternating panels of black velvet and sheer chiffon. Marked as a US size 6.

This dress is an example of Alberta Ferretti's most famous look of the 1990's. She was known for her vintage inspired ethereal dresses and this one has many of her signature style elements. Fits a size Small.
